Applying L2 Visa [ After 5 Failed(for my project) - Mine L1b Approved]

Hello Guys ,

First of all thank you all for being supportive and sharing your thoughts all over :-) .
I had my L1b approved - 10 Mins talk and visa approved .

Now i have query - I am applying for my Wife visa .

1.) My Employer is in Noida so can i apply for the interview in Delhi US consulate ? or it would be like for L1b in Chennai only .
2.) I am applying for my wife directly ( not via company) - will it be L2b or L2 individual ?
3.) Am i also required any document from my employer end as well . ( which mentions your spouse name or Marriage certificate can suffice the requirement )

1. L2 interview appointment need not be in Chennai. It can be at any other consulate.
2. L2 , it doesnt matter individual or blanket.
3. If your employer is paying for their tickets, can include a dependents letter from them. If not then your visa copy, pay slips, marriage certificate, birth certificate should suffice. A more exhaustive list can be found at https://www.immihelp.com/l2-visa-stamping-documents/
