RFE Response time

I work for an US IT MNC, in it's India branch. My total IT experience is around 5 yrs. L1B Individual is in processing state for me. I received RFE just after one month after submitting i-129 petion to USCIS. The RFE I received is a standard one mostly received by people in IT firms. Now my question is how much time is required for receiving the decision for me. The case is getting processed at California centre.

On an RFE there is a time limit by which the response has to be made. The clock start when they receive the response. There is no set time limit for normal processing, generally for normal processing another 1-2 Months after receiving the RFE response. If you want faster processing then upgrade to premium while doing the RFE response but your employer has to agree to it.
