    L1B to H1B transfer

    Hi,

    I am in L1B visa and my visa is valid till June 2016. Now my company is closing our wireless division and asked us to look for another job.
    They have given us 2 months notice period.

    Is it possible to do L1B to H1B transfer through some consultant without me going to India?
    What are the difficulties involved in this process?
