L2 Visa - Spouse, Son - travel related
Hi, First let me appreciate all who post questions and answers. This forum has been really helpful in finding answers / insights for lot of queries that I had in mind. Here is one query from my side:
In a month or so I will applying for L1 - B (for myself), L2 Visa (for my family) to move to the US through my companies Blanket petition. While I will be applying visa for myself and my family. My Family is not likely to join me when I travel in July/Aug. I guess this is ok but my question is: whether my wife and son can make a short visit during Diwali Holidays (in Nov) and return using their L2 visa. And again I am planning to get them to US next year March/April once my son finishes his 2nd standard so that I can take admission for him in the US school for 3rd Grade. From next year March/April - my wife and son will be with me till I stay in the US using L1-B Visa.
Is this allowed? please help
