when muy L1a appllication was denied, can i apply for an E1/E2 again withiut any problems, or do I have to wait a a time till I can try it again?

If your I-94 has expired then you would most probably have to leave.

I mean i´m not in the US right noe, can I start a for a E1 E2 without any problems?
