I opened in 2007 an Inc in California. In 2008 i opened a branch office in Switzerland. The Inc in CA is like inactive because i never really does business with and it s look like inactive when i go to secretary of state in California. The branch in Switzerland is active, but i didnt do business, i just pay the tax and fees. I am Swiss resident, with Swiss passport. I want know what's the best way to get a visa to do business in USA (L1 or E1). One of most important thing for me is to get the Social security number, as most of bank any any place ask...i have the ITIN number for myself, but it's useless, as they cant idetify you with that. I dont know if i should write that i want open new office, or i come as executive to manage the business as intracompany transfer.
I can come to USA without visa, as switzerland and USA have treaty, i can come there for 3 month very easely. If do you know any agency who can help me for that, with resonable price, i can be happy too...
