Will my L1 Application get Rejected?

Hi,

My employer applied for my H1-B visa two time for 2014 and 2015, both time my name is not selected in Random Selection.

Now Client want me in US on L1 visa, but my employer visa team say that my L1 (Individual) case is weak because we applied for H1-B visa twice.

Please help me is that really the case with L1 visa and visa may be rejected? I am not rejected for H1-B, I am not selected then also.

Not getting picked up in H1 lottery would not be a reason for nor getting L1 petition approved. You need to see if you really have the specialized skill set to qualify for L1.
