The same blanket/individual petition difference applied to L1A as well as L1B.

Does the VO judge us based on previous rejection?

Yes & No - Each application is evaluated on its own merits. However if the reason of your first rejection still stay's with you, then the outcome won't change.

Will he have the reason for rejection on his screen?

Yes, VO certainly will have a note in his system as to why was your earlier application was rejected.

Last time I mixed my general duties with my specialized skills. If I correct that this time, will it be approved?

Again, it solely depends on the VO, if he thinks you are the right candidate.

My L1B Blanket Visa got rejected a week ago. And my employer in US and Fragomen team mutually decided to go for L1B Blanket Visa again. So, I have booked an appointment in mid-May in the same consulate.

I would like to know if there is anyone you guys know who got the L1B Blanket Visa approved in 2nd attempt?

My L1B Blanket petition was denied twice at the embassy on the grounds of not clearly approvable. Now, my employer filed I-129 (L1B Individual) petition at USCIS on premium processing, Thankfully, it has been approved right away after 14 calendar days.

I have scheduled visa interview for L1B Individual this September.

I would like to know about the following:
(a) Will my last two refusals in April '22 and May '22 affect my chances to get the visa this time?
(b) What is the success rate of obtaining L1B Individual visa?
(c) What kind of questions should I expect this time?

It depends on why your earlier applications were refused. If that is something with your profile, it may impact.
99% chances your visa will be approved, since they recently approved your Individual petition.

(b) What is the success rate of obtaining L1B Individual visa?

An approved individual petition means you are almost already there, just need to get your visa stamped (sort of formality) - unless you sound really reverse during interview.

(c) What kind of questions should I expect this time?

Basic questioning to ensure it is really you, whole petition was approved.
