L1 Blanket Petetion expired. L2 Dependent needs to travel. Valid I-94

I am here on my L1 visa. It expired Oct 2013. I have a valid I-94 till Dec 2015. My wife has the same dates on the L2 visa and I-94. My wife needs to travel to India Nov 2014. Will she be able to travel and re-enter? Will she be able to get an extension of her L2 based on my I-94 ? I will not be travelling.
Are there any problems associated here?

She would need to attend L2 visa stamping and get new L2 stamped in passport in order to return. She should be able to get it based on your L1 I-94 but depends upon the officer.

Thank you. I understand that she has to get a visa stamping before returning. Just curious here do you what the odds are in her getting it or not getting it. I mean how much of a risk would I be taking sending her back. If historical cases points to more rejections than approvals, I would not want to risk it knowing all the facts.
