  • L1B approval after 240 days/After going back to India

Is there a possibility if L1B gets approved after you cross the 240 days period and go back to India.
Also please let me know is is advisable to do L1B premium after RFE.

Unlikely but yes there is a possibility, but the extension would not hold any meaning as the employee would have already traveled out of US.

Premium processing decision should be based on the requirement, for example, if one needs to travel, or needs to do a COS etc.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Unfortunately I need to leave US by July end as my 240 days period comes to end.
So is it advisable to do premium processing now and get to know the result.
      Please advise

If you leave before decision comes, all stay past your I-94 expiry is considered out of status period.

At the same time, its pretty late in the entire process to upgrade to premium.
