L1 A Processing without conversion from L1 Bto L1 A
Hi,
I am currently in United States. My L1 B visa has expired in July 2013 but I have I 94 valid till Dec 2015. My comany is planning to file for L1 A through Canada.
However when I cheked with immigration department they said they can file it for L1 B to L1 A conversion only. I have heard that L1 A conversion processinggoes though USCIS and there are high chances of denial. Can any one tell me if there is any way to get L1 A stamping done withought going through conversion.
Any idea how long L1 Bto L1 A Conversion takes?
