Chance of Petition Approval

Hi My company has filed L1B Indvidual Visa (New Application) for me. It went into RFE Response Review Status on June 2, 2014. I got RFE on 40th day of Notice receipt. Today is the 36th Day I am in Response Review state. I have heard from my colleagus that going closure or crossing the limit of 60 days (Generally given by USCIS ) means chances of rejection is more.

My question is by what time I can get an approval notice after today????

No one can predict it. If you want faster processing go for premium processing.
