L2 visa ,need I 94 extension as primary visa holder
Hello,
We came to US on July 30 2012 my husband is on L1 b visa valid till April 2015,his old passport got expired on March 2014and needed stamping on new passport ,so he travelled to Mexico,Poe stamped i94 till jan 2017,now,myself and my child's I 94 is valid till April 2015 as per visa date.i want I 94 extended to myself and child ,company will not file petition , as my spouse has I 94 till 2017 ,is there any possibilibity that we all have same I 94 date.pl help.
