Working for the same company in US after getting EAD
Hi
I have a valid L2visa done through my husband's firm and will be traveling to US soon.
I am currently working in India and planning to take a long leave and goto US and apply for a EAD.
My company is ready to give me a US project once I have my EAD approved.
Will there be any legal implications if I keep working in the same company in US as I was working in India?
Pls note that me and my husband are working for different companies.
