L1 A Visa with Offshore Manager

Dears,

I am working in US on L1 A visa as functional Manager. I currently report to an onsite manager but my company is planning to change my reporting to offshore manager.

Can you please let me know if USCIS has any issue with onsite resource on L1 A visa to have offshore manger?

How internally your org chart changes is hardly USCIS concern, but when you go for extension the same would have to be updated in the documents.
