L1A Premium processing time & possibility

I am looking for L1A vista stamp %.... I am about to file so wanted to understand the possibility of stamped. and Processing time also if i go for premium process.

Hi- The processing time is roughly 2.5 to 3 months based on my knowledge. I am also keen to know the possibility of conversion so please do share with me once you get to know any insights on this.
