    Is it possible to apply for L1B blanket after L1A blanket is rejected?

    I'm qualified for L1B blanket, but would like to have a try on L1A blanket first because I'm a functional manager without direct reports.

    I would like to know in case my L1A blanket is rejected in the consulate, can I re-apply L1B blanket right afterwards?
