  • Can i apply for fresh L1b visa after my visa extension got denied?

My L1 Blanket and I94, both expired in feb, 2014. My extension was filed before expiry and i received my denial notice yesterday. Can i apply for fresh L1b visa right away or i have to wait for certain period before applying for fresh visa under same category?
If i can apply, which option is better for me? Blanket or individual?
    Thanks
    Akhil

If your L1B ext is denied and I-94 expired, you need to plan to leave US immediately. Once outside US, you can go ahead with another L1B or Individual, no time line for that, but you got to determine and work on reasons for the extension denial, as without the additional evidences to support L1, it may be denied at the consulate again.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
