    URGENT ::L1 EAC no. received can we travel out of US

    My husband's H1b and I-94 got expired and his company has filed L1 visa for him and L1 is in process.
    But we have received EAC number and I want to travel to india.Can I travel to India before I receive an approval of this petition.
