Need L1A Suggestion

Hi All,

My company is planning to initiate a L1A VISA for me. I have total 7 years of experience in IT software services with 'Project Leader' as my current designation. The new role is going to be manager for 3 teams with 20 offshore & 3 onsite resources reporting into me. I am not sure about the financials as of now, if there is any minimum pay for this VISA you can advise. Coming to my questions-

Is the experience sufficient?

Does 'Project Leader' title work? (If my company plan to promote into a new designation is not happening)

What are things that may go wrong? Or/and what we need to focus more in my application?

Technically Project Lead is not a valid match for L1A. It is generally suitable for senior management.

It was easier few years back but USCIS has become very strict off late. That doesnt mean you dont have a chance. It largely would depend upon your convincing ability and the visa officer.
