L1A from Apr14 to Apr17 (was promoted to manager during my stay in US)
I read on this website (link below) that once an L1A has been granted, I can wait 1 year and apply for GC via EB1C even if I was not employed as manager in my home country. See last paragraph of the L1A post here:
My question: has anyone here done this? I find it hard to beleive seeing as how the USCIS website stipulates that one has to have been employed as a manager for 1 of the 3 previous years before application.
