Hello,
My wife will be appearing for L2 visa interview(based on my approved I797) and I am already here in US .
I had some questions related to DS160 form where it asks for the principal applicant name and the petitioner details ,
Since my wife is going for interview alone ,will she be the principal applicant as I am not applying?
The same question also appears on the form to schedule an interview .
The petitioner name as I understand will always be the company name.
Can some one please clarify this,
