L1A Extension denied, Can I apply Blanket L1A at the consulate right away?

Hi,

My L1A Extension petition at USCIS got denied recently and currently on L2. Can I reapply L1A Blanket at the consulate within a month timeframe? What are the chances of getting approved?

Any information is greatly appreciated.
