Hi,
I came USA last to last year on L2 visa and started working for an organizaion. This year my husband's H1 is approved which is applicable from October 1st and mine H1 was not selected in lottery.
Currently we both are on I-94(valid till 2015) as our L1 is already expired.
I have few questions:
1) Can my organization file L1 for me , If yes then what are the criteria's and Which L1 whould be the best to file
2)Is L1 can be filed from here or Do I need to go to India
3) Is there any max number of months/years(Offshore and onsite work experience) should be mandatory to file L1
I don't want to quit my job, Can anyone please help me out to find other's options as well other than above.
