Filing for L1b with domain and business experties

Hi,

My company is filing for L1b for me. Currently I am working for clinet YYYY since more than 3 years. During this time I gain lot domain and business understanding on client's products. Now client wants to develop all those products with new open source technologies and new teams are formed in US. My company is sending me to be a part of these team as senior software engineer as I do have lot domain and business expertise of these products which will be helpful for new team.

Is this case can be helpful to approve the L1b?

This is a very generic query, its not enough to determine the outcome based solely on this. VO can view your knowledge with respect to only the client as negative, since L1B is specifically for Company's product/process knowledge not for any client. Whereas a lenient officer might think otherwise.

My experience is 7 years and 10 months. Working with same client from last 3.5 years.
Proposed salary would be around $80,000 per anum.
Salary in India is 10.6 LPA.

One more thing, Currently my H1 is under process with another employer. will it matter for the processing of L1B?
