Hi,
My company has applied L1 A petition for me and it got approved last year(2013),before going for L1 A VISA stamping, I have been assigned to move into UK due to other project priority.
Now the project is going to complete, I am planing to Stamp the VISA in UK and travel to USA.
My Question is --> Will there be any issue in doing late stamping (after 1 year) ?
Will I able to get two year visa or is it going to be based on petition end date ?
