I was on L1 - blanket visa when entered to US. Then received approval on extension after visa expiration. I am in India on vacation and completing DS160 for my spouse and child.
In DS 160 there is one section where it ask for Travel Information, while filling the details for my spouse, I selected L2 as mentioned below, then a new box appeared which was having Primary applicant name (which is my name) and then application receipt number - which is also my receipt number being populated.
The List of Purposes of Trip to the U.S.
Purpose of Trip to the U.S. (1): INTRAC OMPANY TRANSFEREE (L)
Specify: SPOUSE OF A L1 (L2)
Principal Applicant Name: My Name
Application Receipt/Petition Number: My Receipt Number
My questions are
1) When we receive extension approval, my wife received I797-A with different receipt number. So do I need to mention her receipt number in Application Receipt or to keep my Receipt number.
