L1 visa expires in December, I have no Bachelors for an H1 visa.. what to do?

Writing a one liner in a public forum in this vast world of internet would hardly provide anyone anything to respond to.
If L1 is expiring why isn't extension applied? L1B or L1A? If you are eligible for L1A try to move to that. What about GC have you or your employer even though about that? How about spouse? If he/she is on L1 you can move to L2 and work.
Try to add more details to your query rather than making it vague.
