Question on L1B(B1/B2 rejected last time)
I am working for past 4 years in the same domain and i have only
2 years of experience with my current employer.
My company had filed B1/B2 almost 9 month back but somehow that did not work out.
VO said at last that "I am sorry sir. You are not qualified this time." and he
given me 214(b) form. I am not sure about the reason for rejection.
But, this time my company again filling for L1B for me.
Will the last rejection affect this time?
What could be the possible answer in case VO ask me about the reason
for rejection last time?
