L1 individual - interview waiver

Hi,

I went to US on blanket L1 in 2010 and extension got approved on 2013 as L1 (Individual) which is valid until may 2015. Now I am in India on vacation and planning to apply for re-stamping since my blanket L1 has expired in may 2013. I want to know If i qualify for Interview waiver program. I have looked at the checklist for waiver program and have the following question

CRITERIA: I have a previous US Visa in the same class as the Visa for which i wish to renew.
QUESTION: Since I was on L1 Blanket first and then L1 Individual, is it still considered the same class?
