H1B to L1A conversion..
Hello,
My company is procesing mine L1A conversion from H1b , my H1b is valid till 30-sept-2014 which was approved in Mar-2012. i was working with the same company at india before coming to states and i do have 9 years of experinece and working in the managerial role now.
My question is if L1A is denied can i file my H1b Extension even if i recieve the denial notice after Oct 2014.
and what are the chances my L1A could be approved. Let me know if you need other info.
