    L1B transfer from parent company to new company

    Hi,

    I am working in ABC company on L1B visa and my division got spinoff and became new company say XYZ company. So can the ABC L1B visa be transferred to XYZ company?
    Or can XYZ file a new L1B. So what is the possibility for the new company to get L1 status and also getting L1B approved to me?
