Hello,
After following this site for years thought of posting here. Heres my story.
1st L1b in 2009 for client A:not clearly approvable
2nd L1b in 2010 for client A :Approved
project for client A got scrapped.
Travelled for client B in 2010 for 3months.
Came back to india joined client C..
From Jan 2011 new rule came that u have to travel for your original client once before you can work for any other client on that particular visa..
An urgent onsite requirement came for client c but inspite of having a valid l1b visa i couldnt travel on that.i applied for fresh l1b. i want to mention here that my specialized skills for client A was different from client C.i didnt work for client C even a year.
3rd l1b visa in 2011 for client c: not clearly approvable
In jan 2012 my project with client A revived. i had my old approved visa with clientA still valid so i was able to travel for client A.My visa was valid thru may 2013 but i got i94 till jan 2015. After working with client A for 3months i was asked by my company to work for client D at a different location in US with different skill set. I have worked for client D for 2.5 yrs now. I will be filing my extension.
My question is that its been 3 years since my last rejection on l1b.so will that have a great -ve impact during extension.
i have changed so many clients in 4 years..is that considered bad for my profile.
With the high rejections on l1 these days i feel i will get denial on my extension. With that i will actually have the burden of 3 l1b rejection and just one approval . will that impact my future visa application on a different category like L1A or h1b. Thanks for reading through..Will appreciate any suggestions, opinion or even questions from the members here.
