Hi,

Can someone help me let me know the approximate cost incurred for company for L1A Individual visa processing?

Can you also help to give info about how long(rough duration) it will take for L1A Visa Processing. I am applying in General Category.

My company is one of biggest MNC in the world, so having branches in US.

Why are you worried? Its the company which bears this expense. Also, every attorney/legal firm has their own costs, then there are additional costs if RFE. Overall it can be from 3-6 K USD.

Actully my L1A Blanket got rejected, so i asked my Management to file for L1A Individual. They replied saying it will costs around $10K. But when i see sum up all costs posted in "immihelp" it comes around 4K. So i am unsure about what circumstances the costs went to 10K? or is my Management trying to escape?

Can you also let me know your inputs for 2nd query, i.e how long the processing time for L1A Individual(General) with assumption of 1-2 RFEs.

Many large companies employ multiple legal agencies as well as have a dedicated internal team to do the entire process,which add a lot of overhead, and hence cost can shoot up.

2-4 Weeks if done in premium, 2-6 Months if done in normal processing. This does not include time taken by internal company's immigration team for document preparation, verification etc.
