Husband on L2 with child

Hi,
I can get a L1B filed, after which i intend to take my spouse on L2. He plans to work after getting EAD. The other thing is that we have a child 3 yrs who is US citizen. (We were both on H1 in USA when he was born). Does this adversely our visa?

My concern is that hubby has a good job which he will quit and with a 3 yo, will they deny our L1? Hubby is planning to say he is planning to work after EAD and our child will be in daycare. Has any1 here done this?

Many do this, and its no harm disclosing the same to the visa officer. Visa officer will deny your L1 if he/she feels you dont qualify for L1, not because your spouse wants to work on L2. Concentrate on making sure your L1 interview goes smoothly .
