Travelling to India on L1B Visa

Hi,
I am travelling to India on 15th Of January 2015 for my Visa Extension which is getting expired in end of February 2015.
I have booked to and fro ticket from USA. I will be returning to USA in 1st week of March.
I will be travelling via London. When i travel via London to India my Visa will be valid but only for one more month.
My question is , is it ok to travel or one need a Visa which should be always valid for next 6 months.

I would appreciate too much if i get a response to my query.

Though there have been instances of people facing issues at European transit point but that is mostly if they have an expired US visa. Since your visa would still be valid, I dont see any issues.
