I am in the US on an L1a visa. I applied for my extension prior to it expiring (August 2014). It is being processed. I left the US to go back to The Netherlands. I need to return in 2 weeks to the US. Can I enter the US while my extension is being processed? I believe it takes 2 months to get this extension approved? Is there a possibility that if I go to my consulate in The Netherlands, they can help me with this re-entry?
