Hi All,

I would like to know that if L1b blanket extension of stay gets denied in US, how soon I can apply for renewal of l1b visa visa from India?

I assume that both programs are different, applying form US means application for extension of stay (I94 extension) and from India it means renewal of visa.

So it is possible to apply for visa renewal after a month or so from India if extension of stay gets denied in US? Please help me with answer. Thanks!
