My wife is applying for L2 visa. She has maiden name in passport and married name in marriage certificate.
Her married name just adds my Last name to her maiden name e.g. Maiden name: A B, Married Name: A B C.
I have to send visa application to my employer in 2 days otherwise my offer will be cancelled, so i don't have time to get it updated in her passport.
Will there be any issues in the visa process if I file the application with her maiden name and show the marriage certificate that mentions that her maiden name was changed to married name after marriage?
