L2 Visa expiry less than L1 Visa expiry

Hi Team,

I have L1B Visa valid till Aug-2015 and my wife's Visa is till 17-Sep-2014 (she was given only for 2 years) but she has I-94. Since want to go on vacation to India in December
will there be any problem in getting my Wife's visa extension .
Also can we get it stamped from Canada or do we need to go India

Strange that your spouse got a L2 duration lesser than L1B. Did you both not attend the visa interview together? When is your I-94 expiring?
