L1A individual Regular processing time

My Employer applied for L1A individual regular on Aug 22. The status still showing Initial Review. When i should expect any status update.

Please share your experience.

No one can predict an accurate time line. It can range from 2 - 6 Months. If you want it faster you can always ask employer to upgrade to premium.

You have to see what are the current processing times, you should not expect less than that.

Current Processing showing for L1A is showing 1 month. My receipt date is Jul 22.

Current processing time is 2 months. Me too waiting to know my status, I had RFE on my L1A and its 75 days since response is filed. So there is no guarantee that you will get response within 60 days. only way is to go for premium processing to know the result faster.

I just curious to know the exact date for your case.

1. When you have applied for L1A individual (Receipt Date)?
2. When you got the RFE?
3. When did you response RFE?

My receipt date is Jul 22, so its about to complete 2 months
