I'm currently with a L1B visa with Employer A and I have a H1B visa with Employer B approved with COS to be started on October 1st.
For some personal reason I decided to stay in L1B with Employer A. I asked Employer B to withdraw my H1B visa but they didn't reply (It was expected since I didn't join their company).
Can Employer A do a another COS from H1B to L1B or I should leave/reenter the country after October 1st?
What is the best way to keep working with Employer A with L1B from October 1st?
