Hi,
I came to US in JAN 2001 on L1B and got my final L1B extension in JAN 2004 valid till JAN 2006. I traveled to India and returned in FEB 2004 and got new I94. My employer filled my H1B in JUN 2005 with new I94 and got approval in AUG 2005. I am planning to change my job and found that I94 on my H1B approval was same as I94 on my final L1B extension. My passport has new I94 and H1B approval has old I94 with exp of FEB 2007. Want to know if this will cause problem when my new employer files H1B transfer.
