Hi,
I had visited US on L1B visa from 2009 - 2010. Then I went back to India and came back to US in 2013 on L1A visa. My current visa will expire by next year end.
My employer is not planning to sponsor my green card. I wanted an advise to understand can I get another L1 visa extension? Though there was a cooling period of 3 yrs in my last US exit and current re-entry but I only have a difference of 9 months between first visa expiry and current visa issuance.Will it have any impact on my next visa extension?
