L1A Individual VS L1A Blanket and Client Location

Hello All,

I will be attending my L1A Blanket Interview shortly in 2 days and I have three questions for this forum,

1. Which Visa (L1A individual vs blanket) will ease and guarantee green card under EB1 Category ?
2. Is working at client location a disadvantage for L1A Blanket ?
3. My designation at onsite is program manager and at offshore(India) is Project Leader, will this be a concern for L1A Blanket ?

1. There is no guarantee in US immigration process. For EB1 one of the basic thing you need to prove is that you were working as a MNC Manager/Executive outside US for at the company's subsidiary for at least 1 Year. Then there are other conditions also that need to be satisfied.
2. L1 by nature are for Intra Company transfer, and working at a client side though is not actively encouraged, but as long as its not labor for hire it is fine.
3. Is it for one account or multiple ones? You have to justify the seniority of the role you are playing. There are other factors also that are looked at; Onsite slary, subordinates, offshore salary, subordinates, these give a ball point guess-estimate to the visa officers if actually you are/will be performing Managerial role.
