Thanks Raghvi. Forgot to add that we are nearing our 5th and last year for L1B. So this is just to extend the max out date for another 2 months. Would you know if the process is the same when we had it extended 2 years ago? We were told that this kind of recapture time request will be faster?Originally posted by raghvi View PostComment

I have similar situation but I am not sure if I have 2 do something.
I am on L1A and my 7 calendar years will complete on Dec 15, 2014.
I have a valid L1A till Nov 2015 and an I -94 also a valid through Nov 2015.
I have spent 75 days outside USA in the past 7 years for vacation.
Now the 7 year max is based on physical presence so I should be able to add 75 days to Dec 15, 2014 and that would be my drop dead date to leave.
Question is do I have to file a recapture or I can just stay up to 75 days from Dec 15, 2014.Comment
