EAD extension along with L2 visa extension

Hi,
I am on L2 visa and have a valid EAD until Jan 2015.
Now my husband is filing for his extension on L1 and my L2 together.
Can you tell me if its possible to also send EAD extension along with L1 and L2 visa extensions?
Or EAD can only be sent for extension after L2 has been approved?

yes this is possible, we had it done 2 years ago for my EAD extension. L1 and L2 plus EAD extension were filed concurrently and it was processed faster.
