Hi I am now at US and my current I-94 expires by Nov 30th for L1 B. When I applied for extension, I got RFE. My company is suggesting me to go to Canada and do a new L1 stamping with the category of L1 A. As I have supervised people and few reporting to me now. Please tell me your experiences/possibility of L1 A approvals in Canada. Also suggest your thoughts for my case.
