Hi, I am in US now. My I-94 expires on 5 Jan 15. My L1B Visa expired on 1 Jun 2014. Currently my company is applying my new L1B Visa. Should I have to go to out of US
and get stamping for continuing to work on my new L1B if it gets approved before I-94 Expires? If I have to go out of US, can i go to mexico for Stamping or I have to
go only to India for Stamping?
I am Citizen of India.
MY QUESTIONS ARE NOT ABOUT EXTENDING THE EXISTING L1B VISA. MY QUESTIONS ARE ONLY ABOUT APPLYING NEW L1B VISA.
Question 1)
1) My question is about only new L1B Visa applied when I am in US. If I apply for new L1B when I am in US, should I have to go out of US, get stamping and come back to
US?
Question 2) Being a Citizen of India, should I have to go only to India for new L1B Stamping or I can get the Stamping in US Embassy in Mexico itself.
