Hi All,
I am working on L1B currently and it is set expire in Feb 2015 with an extension available for 4.5 months. With this extension, my visa 5 year term will be completed in mid July 2015. My firm will neither do an L1A nor H1B COS for me. In this context could you please advise me with the possible options I have.
Note - My spouse is currently on H1B visa. I am exploring the possibility of working rather than converting to H4.
